COIR FIBRE
Coir fibre is extracted from matured
green and brown Coconut husks. It is then processed into the finest fibers
which go into the making of mattresses,
door mats, sacking, etc. Coir fiber is of two types, brown and white. Coir obtained from fresh green Coconut
is termed as White fiber,
which is finer than the Brown fiber. The Brown fiber
is the outcome of seasoned fully matured Coconuts which lose their green color
in the process.
Each of them has their own distinct types of applications. The Brown fiber is widely used for fabrication of doormats, brushes, coir mattresses and other
upholstery material whereas the White fiber is used for making ropes, making fishing nets, and other eco-friendly Products.
Coir fibre is 100% organic and eco-friendly, there is no chemical process or exposure involved during the extracting process, its clean and non-toxic.

COCO PEAT
We are the suppliers of Coco peat or Coir pith bricks and blocks. We supply in 5 kg blocks & 650 gm briquettes.
Coco peat is the binding material
that comes from the fibre portion of the Coconut husk and is a by-product of
extracting coir fibre from the husk.
The coir dust is washed, heat treated,
screened and graded before being processed into various Coco peat products for
horticultural/agricultural applications
and as industrial absorbent. One kilogram of compressed Coco peat will
expand to 15 litres of moist Coco peat.
The Coco peat by itself does not have any nutrients for plant growth. Necessary nutrients will have to be added according to the plant that is to be grown
exclusively in Coco peat.
Coco peat is an organic, natural product,
due to its water absorbent property, its
natural rooting hormones and free from bacteria and fungal spores ,
it is an
excellent soil conditioner. In horticulture, Coco peat is
recommended as substitute for peat moss because it is produced without any environmental
damage caused by peat mining.
